Little Burgundy has launched a namesake footwear and accessories collection.

Little Burgundy stores have long been a reliable source for casual-cute shoes from brands like Birkenstock and Converse, but the Montreal-based chain is finally offering an in-house footwear line for the first time this fall. “The Little Burgundy brand [offers] premium quality and timeless designs at an affordable price point,” says footwear buyer Tanya Benchimol.

Targeted to young, creative professionals, the ambitious debut collection, already arriving online and in stores now, includes 82 women’s styles, including boots, handbags and soft accessories such as socks and scarves. Most fall shoes are priced at just over $100, with the most expensive boots retailing for $280. These prices are more than reasonable for a brand that, according to Benchimol, is developed and produced in Europe, mainly in Portugal.

For fall, Benchimol’s must-have pick are the “Amber” velvet over-the-knee boots, which she plans to get in both black and burgundy. While you wait for these statement boots to hit stores, here are the top three styles to shop right now:

Chloe Cognac Boot, $160 at Little Burgundy.
India Rose Black Boot, $180 at Little Burgundy.
Ava Cognac Loafer, $100 at Little Burgundy.
